When I swear to the Gods I was able to make this sort of journey. Or wanted to. Just because I could, or because I had no reason not to.
Nowadays it just seems frivolous to drive across the country with no goal in mind. What a damn pity to have lost my youth.
On a related note, I have a gas pedal fetish that this vehicle satisfies in spades.
